Our software tool kit allows existing PDF form be enabled by internal super-user (non-IT) such that data can be entered, signed and submitted – electronically. Back office distribution, approval and tracking of submitted electronic and paperless forms. Finalized forms are then stored in e-vaults, eliminating need to store hard copies in file cabinets. All supporting documents (electronic attachments) are stored in virtual folders along with submitted form. Data is auto-extracted from submitted e-forms and saved in database, eliminating manual data entry.
